Homemade Wagyu burger served on a burger bun with beef bacon, tomato and lettuce.
Packed with Chef Izu Ani's homemade rosemary and lemon salt, Dijon mustard, crushed mixed peppercorn and piment d'Espelette dressing.
Remove from vacuum bag and season the Wagyu patty with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place on preheated grill (medium-high heat) and then grill on both sides for 7-8 minutes. Adjust the timing according to your preference. To finish, place the patty in your burger bun with bacon, tomato and lettuce.
