How do I make a purchase?

Select your preferred products and quantities and click ADD TO CART. Once you are ready for checkout, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the screen, fill in your information and select a date and time on which you wish to collect your order. Once you have completed the order, we will process it within 24 hours and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

It is not required to have an account and you may simply input your contact details upon checkout. However creating an account would allow for a more efficient process during your future purchases. 

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to MOHG Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Policy for more information. 

What payment methods can I use and when will I be charged?

Currently we are accepting both debit and credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard. At the payment page, you will be redirected to our 3rd party provider to fill in your details. You will be charged at the time of purchase and your order will appear on your card's monthly statement.

How come I can only select certain dates and times?

We need a bit of time to prepare your order and this has been automatically accounted for when you check out. If you need your order for a specific time, please contact us at +974 4008 8888 or modoh-reservations@mohg.com and we would be more than happy to assist you further. 

How can I purchase a larger quantity?

You can edit the quantity at the product page or your cart. The quantity will be automatically adjusted at checkout according to our daily availability. For any orders of large quantities, we kindly request that you please contact us at +974 4008 8888 or modoh-reservations@mohg.com so that we can assist you further.

Can I personalise my order?

Please indicate any special requests and / or instructions at the CART page. If you have any further enquiries, please contact us at +974 4008 8888 or modoh-reservations@mohg.com.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service

How do I collect an order?

You may collect your order from Gelato or The Boutique located at Mandarin Oriental, Doha from 10am to 9pm.
